摘要
在二氧化碳驱油生产工艺中,为了满足工艺分层可调入要求,开发了双管注气井口装置,对其工作原理进行阐明,利用有限元方法对六通油管头承载能力及疲劳寿命进行分析,油管头承载能力会随着侧开孔直径增大先提高后降低,从整体上来看其结构安全性与疲劳特性较好,并为二氧化碳分层驱油装置的设计与开发提供了理论依据。
In the carbon dioxide flooding in the production process, in order to meet the requirements will be transferred to the hierarchical process, the development of double tube gas injection wellhead device, the working principle of six way that tubing head bearing capacity and fatigue life were analyzed by using finite element method, the bearing capacity of tubing head with side hole diameter increased after the reduction, on the whole and the fatigue properties of the structural safety is better, and provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of carbon dioxide flooding layered oil device.
