摘要
在石油化工装置中,有一项极为重要的系统决定着整个石油化工装置的安全运行,这就是安全仪表系统,安全仪表系统联锁投用直接影响到生产装置是否安全受控。对安全仪表系统联锁进行详细的分类,细致剖析对安全仪表系统联锁投用造成影响的根源问题,考虑到安全生命周期以及安全完整性等级要求等相关因素,对于安全仪表系统联锁投用效果的提升分别以基础设计方面、现场施工方面、日常维护方面给予合理建议,并提出切实可行的改进措施。
In the petrochemical plant, an extremely important system determines the safe operation of the entire petrochemical plant.This is the safety instrumented system.The interlocking of the safety instrumented system directly affects whether the production plant is safely controlled.In this paper, the classification of safety instrumented system interlocking is described in detail.The root cause of the impact on the safety instrumented system interlocking operation is analyzed in detail.Considering the safety life cycle and safety integrity level requirements and other related factors, With the improvement of effects, we will give reasonable suggestions on basic design, on-site construction and routine maintenance respectively and put forward practical and feasible improvement measures.
