With the development of chemical detection technology and sensor technology, electronie tongue technology has drawn more and more attention.Because of its fast, non-injury, objective and wide range of applications, etc., has been applied to various detection areas.This paper describes the principle, advantages and classification of electronic tongue system, and briefly introduces the application of electronic tongue in the field of food, medicine and beverage in recent years.
