摘要
氧化铝从被发现至今,由于其特殊的耐高温以及绝缘等特性,已经广泛运用于多个领域中,比如作为一种单晶材料以及稀土的荧光材料等,发挥着巨大的作用,然而在使用的过程中,杂质的含量是一直影响着产品质量的重要因素,所以,氧化铝元素的检测是人们极其关注的一项内容。通过对氧化铝的特性研究,分析其检测的方法,并对氧化铝的应用进行了简要的分析与说明。
