当前的社会发展形势下,我国的社会经济水平不断提高,同时化学工业生产也逐步向规模化、机械化以及自动化的趋势发展,在此社会发展形势下,化工企业在运作发展中意识到安全生产管理的重要作用,也意识到自身所肩负的社会责任越来越大。化工企业生产中所涉及的产品多为有毒、有害物质,如若发生安全事故,将会给企业带来巨大的经济损失,同时也会给内部员工的人身安全带来潜在的威胁,对此,从"以人为本"角度,对化工安全管理这一问题予以分析和探讨,并提出了相关的思考和建议。
