在阐述轧制油消耗途径的基础上结合精馏原理细致介绍了轧制油的再生加工工艺流程和管控原理,并对轧制油再生技术在铝加工行业的运用问题展开探究。经过分析发现,轧制油再生技术在铝加工行业的运用节能效果良好,能够为铝加工行业的发展提供重要参考支持。

In this paper, based on elaboration of the route of consumption of rolling oil, combined with the principle of distillation, the process flow and control principle of rolling oil are introduced in detail.The application of rolling oil regeneration technology in aluminum processing industry is explored.Analysis found that rolling oil regeneration technology in the aluminum processing industry, energy-saving effect is good, can provide an important reference for the development of aluminum processing industry.
