摘要 在具体的生产过程中,天然气长输管道阀室无法从阀室直接进行干线氮气的置换过程,也无法从阀室直接向用户接气,因此,从工艺流程入手来对阀室的工艺进行优化,对注氮口以及供气预先留出口,这样不仅可以从阀室注氮口直接对作业段干线进行氮气置换,又能满足新增用户直接从预留口连头接气的需求。 In the specific production process, there is no way for the long-distance natural gas valve room to directly replace the main line nitrogen from the valve room and there is no way to directly feed the user directly from the valve room.Therefore, Process flow to the valve chamber to optimize the process, the nitrogen injection port and the gas supply to leave a pre-exit, so that not only from the valve room nitrogen injection port directly to the main section of the work of nitrogen replacement, but also to meet the new users directly from the reserve Mouth with the first gas connection needs.
