摘要
激光拉曼光谱检测技术作为一种新型的无损检测技术,被广泛地应用于化学、生物、物理等领域的物质检测研究中。利用LRS-2激光拉曼光谱仪,对无水乙醇和四种不同品牌白酒进行了测量和分析,获得了它们的拉曼光谱图。结果表明:白酒的拉曼光谱特征峰的峰值大小会随浓度的改变而变化,浓度越大峰值越大;此外,拉曼光谱峰值的位置随浓度的变化发生移动,据此型推测浓度可能会影响乙醇分子中化学键的活性。
As a new nondestructive detection technique, laser Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in the field of chemical, biological and physical detection.Using LRS-2 laser Raman spectroscopy, ethanol and four different brands of white spirit were measured and analyzed.Their Raman spectra were obtained.The results show that ~ the peak value of Raman spectrarn of liquor changes with the concentration, the larger the concentration is, the bigger the peak value is.In addition, the peak position of Raman shifts with the variation of concentration, Will affect the chemical activity of ethanol molecules in the bond.
