SBA-15负载离子液体[Bmim]Im催化甘油解制备甘油二酯的研究

摘要 采用SBA-15负载碱性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑咪唑盐([Bmim]Im),然后用于催化甘油解反应制备甘油二酯(Diacylglycerol,DAG)。XRD和FT-IR表征确认了[Bmim]Im已成功负载在SBA-15且并没有破坏其有序结构。甘油解反应单因素实验获得制备DAG的优化条件为:甘油三酯与甘油摩尔比2∶1,催化剂[Bmim]Im添加量8%,反应温度50℃,反应时间为12 h,所得DAG含量为24.3%。SBA-15-[Bmim]Im催化剂经过简单的过滤即可与产物分离,在制备DAG反应中的重复利用性有所提高。离子液体固定化减少了其在催化实验中的用量。 In this study, basic ionic liquid l-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium imidazolide ([Bmim]lm) was immobilized on the SBA-15 and then used as catalyst lbr diacylglycerols (DAG) preparation through glycerolysis. The obtained SBA-15-[Bmim]lm was characterized by XRD and FT-1R. Results indicated that the [Bmim]lm was successfully immobilized onto the SBA-15, in addition, the immobilization of [Bmim]lm did not destroy the ordered mesostructure of the mesoporous SBA-15. The optimized conditions for DAG preparation was that, mole ratio of triacylglycerol to glycerol 2 : 1, [Bmim]lm amount 8 wt% of corn oil, reaction temperature 50 ℃ and time 12 h. 24.3 wt% of DAG was obtained at this condition. After immobilization, the reusability of the SBA-15-[Bmim]lm was improved. In addition, it could separate easily from the reaction mixture, and the amount of the [Bmim]Im was reduced after immobilization.
