摘要
研究阿魏酸、香草酸和丁香酸对狗尾巴草、稗草和苜蓿的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探讨酚酸的抑草作用,为进一步开发生物源除草剂提供依据。一定浓度的阿魏酸、香草酸和丁香酸对狗尾巴草、稗草和苜蓿的种子萌发均有显著的抑制作用,对狗尾巴草、稗草和苜蓿的幼苗苗高、根长、鲜重和干重均有不同程度的抑制作用。阿魏酸、香草酸和丁香酸,具有开发成除草剂的应用潜力。
Study the effect of ferulic acid,vanillic acid and syringic acid on seed germination and seedling growth of Setaria viridis,Echinochloa crusgall and Medicago Sativa.The results showed that ferulic acid,vanillic acid and syringic acid had significant inhibit effect on the seed germination of Setaria viridis,Echinochloa crusgalli and Medicago Sativa under the condition of treated by 1mmol·L-1 to 15mmol·L-1 treatment solution. The results showed that ferulic acid,vanillic acid and syringic acid had different degrees of inhibition on phant height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of the seedling of Setaria viridis,Echinochloa crusgalli and Medicago Sativa.Ferulic acid,vanillic acid and syringic acid had the potential for development into herbicides.
