介绍本车间钙矿物盐晶种制备工艺及原理,探索优化了该类晶种生产氧化铁红的工艺条件,包括:钙矿物盐与硫酸亚铁质量比;加入硫酸亚铁溶液时间控制;二步氧化开桶预处理工艺等。往后,在温度、联合剂等方面将对钙矿物盐晶种制备工艺进行探索。

Introduce this workshop preparation process and principle of calcium mineral salts seed, explore and optimize the process conditions of the seed produce iron oxide red, include： mass ratio of calcium mineral salt and ferrous sulfate; time control of adding ferrous sulfate solution; two step oxidation pretreatment process and so on. From now on, in the aspect of temperature, combination agent, the calcium mineral salt seed preparation process will be explored.
