摘要
作者开发出一套从黄铜炉渣中回收碱式氯化铜及碱式氯化锌的新工艺,利用两段浸出法,分别浸出铜炉渣中的锌、铜,分段除杂后,然后分别以碱式氯化铜和碱式氯化锌的形式回收,铜、锌的回收率均达到93%以上,不需添加萃取剂,就可以实现铜、锌的分离及资源的回收。
The author developed a new craft of copper chloride hydroxide and basic zinc chloride recovering through the brass slag. The copper and zinc of the brass stag are leached by the two-stage leaching method, and the impurities are removed separately. Then the copper and zinc are recovered in form of copper chloride hydroxide and basic zinc chloride. The recoveries rate of copper and zinc can achieve higher than 93 %. The separation and resource recycling of copper and zinc can be achieved without using extraction agent.
