摘要
文章介绍了水中铬含量测定的实验原理和操作步骤,详细地说明了origin软件处理实验数据的使用方法,强调了拟合曲线必须过原点的原因和图线绘制要点。采用计算机软件分析实验结果,相对于手工绘制图形处理实验数据,不仅消除了人为因素产生的误差,还能迅速得到工作曲线的拟合参数和误差分析数据,既能帮助学生更好地理解实验的要点,又加深了其对化学知识的理解,提高了实验的训练效果。
A This paper introduces the experimental principle and operation procedure in "'Determination of chromium in water". The methods and advantages of using origin to process experimental data were discussed in detail. We emphasized main points of line drawing and the reason why the fitting curve must pass the origin. Compared with drawing graphics by hand, using computer software in analyzing experimental results not only eliminates artificial error, but also obtains the fitting parameters and error analysis data of the working curve rapidly. Our work helps the students better understand the key points of the experiment, deepens their understanding of chemistry, and improves the training effect of experiments.
