摘要
通过改进噻虫胺的生产工艺,增加减压蒸馏工段回收溶剂,解决了原工艺废水量大且不易回收的问题。研究发现新工艺可回收溶剂70%以上,水解盐酸用量降低了50%,废水量减少了57.5%,废水中COD值降低了90%,氯化钠的量降低了75%。新工艺可有效降低生产成本与废水处理成本。对产品进行了NMR,HPLC-MS及IR表征,平行实验数据的稳定性为工业化生产提供了可靠依据。
Problems that the original process waste water was large and difficult to be recycled were solved by improving the production process of ctothianidin and increasing the vacuum distillation section to recover the solvent. It was found that the solvent recoverable efficiency was more than 70 %, the amount of hydrolyzed hydrochloric acid was reduced by 50 %, the amount of waste water was reduced by 57.5 %, the COD value in waste water was reduced by 90 % and the amount of sodium chloride decreased by 75 %. The production cost and waste water treatment cost are reduced with the new technology. NMR, HPLC-MS and IR were used to characterize the product. The stability of parallel experimental data provides a reliable basis for industrial production.
