摘要
目前水平井多段压裂工艺管柱主要以裸眼封隔器+投球滑套为主,在后期重复改造过程中,需要钻磨球座,使用连续油管跨隔坐封,实现选择性压裂,缺点是通径小,排量低,效率低,费用高,效果不理想。现设计研发一种新型的ReFRAC^(TM)智能滑套,由ReFRAC^(TM)智能滑套本体、ReFRAC^(TM)选择性开启飞镖和ReFRAC^(TM)关闭飞镖组成。该新工艺大大提高效率,节省费用,省去了球座钻磨费用和钻磨风险,增大了压裂通道内径,实现降本增效。本文介绍了该ReFRAC^(TM)滑套的设计思路,结构特征,使用原理,并结合实际应用情况,分析了该工艺的经济效益及使用成功率,确定了其合适的应用范围,为各油田多段压裂工艺提供新思。
For now, most of horizontal well use Open-hole Packers and Ball Drop Frac Sleeves as Multi-zone stimulationtechnology, there are significant disadvantage to implement Refrac operation at subsequent stimulation, such as need to drill out the ball seats, and then use coiled tubing to running the swaddle packers to do the refrac, it has small ID, low flow rate, low efficiency, high cost and bad field apply effect. So we design an new intelligent ReFRACTM Frac Sleeve, it compose of ReFRACTM Frac Sleeve, ReFRACTM Selective Opening Dart and ReFRACTM Closing Dart.Features high flow rate, full bore ID after dart be retrieved, low cost, high efficiency, and no need to drill out the ball seats.This article analyzed the construction of ReFRACTM Frac Sleeve, and introduced the work principle, analyzed field case histories and economic effectiveness, provide new choice for Horizontal Well Mluti-zone stimulation.
