摘要
过介绍某原料药企业的的生产废水类型和废水成分,根据原料药企业产生的废水水质,进行分质处理。高浓度生产废水经铁炭微电解和Feton氧化工艺预处后和低浓度生产废水混合再进一步采用联合生化工艺处理。实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺处理效果好,运行稳定,各项水质可满足广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)和《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21904-2008)的较严者的要求。
The paper introduced the type and compositions of wastewater in active pharmaceutical ingredient (AP1) enterprises, different methods were used to treat wastewater based on the wastewater quality produced by the API enterprises. High concentration production wastewater is mixed with low concentration production wastewater after iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and Feton oxidation process, and then combined with biochemical process treatment. The actual operation results show that the combined process has good treatment effect and stable operation, all kinds of water quality can meet the strict requirements of the local standard of Guangdong Province named the discharge limits of Warter Pollutants (DB44/26-2001) and the discharge standards of Water Pollutants tbr Pharmaceuticallndustry Chemical Synthesis Products Category (GB21904-2008).
