摘要
由于变频器的高散热量,变频器房间的空调功率和数量普遍较大,海上平台空间紧张,变频器房间室内设备布置十分拥挤,特别是老平台电气间,为新增变频器而增设的空调系统,改造布置十分困难。通过对几个海上平台变频器房间暖通系统的改造,本文对变频器房间暖通系统改造优化方案进行了总结,给出了减少空调负荷的方式和对通风系统改造的注意事项。
Because of high dispersion heat of variety frequency device(VFD), more air conditioners for refrigeration are needed, The offshore plattbrm is compact, the equipment in the VFD room is very crowded, especially for the old platform. Modification design that adding new air conditioning system for new VFD is very difficult, through the engineering transformation of HVAC SYSTEM in several offshore platforms, This article summarizes the optimization scheme of the transformation of the HVAC system in the VFD room, the ways to reduce the air conditioning load and the precautions for the transformation of the ventilation system are given.
