摘要
在能力验证项目中采用磺基水杨酸分光光度法测定水中铁含量,统计分析其结果,发现该方法存在操作困难、使用有挥发性试剂、样品须经氧化富集处理等不足,这些无法主观控制的因素会使工作曲线难以保持良好线性,导致测量结果准确性有所偏差,有待进一步完善。
In proficiency testing projects using sultbsalicylic acid spectrophotometric method determination of iron content of water and statistical analysis of the results, found that the operating difficulties, using volatile reagent, sample must be approved by oxidation enrichment processing, etc. These objective factors make the working curve is difficult to maintain a good linear, lead to the measurement accuracy deviation, remains to be improved in the future.
