摘要
吸收塔填料高度是吸收设计的重要基本数据,常通过传质单元数法(NTU)或等板高度法(HETP)计算获得。在等板高度法中,获得了理论板层数就可以计算出填料高度。本文介绍了在逆流吸收操作条件下,采用Origin9.0软件梯级图解求填料吸收塔理论板层数的方法,与解析法相比,Origin9.0软件梯级图解法应用范围较广、操作简单、结果直观,可迅速得到结果。
The filter height is the basic and important data in the design of absorption tower, and the filter height was often gotten by number of transfer units (NTU) or height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP) method. It was introduced that the method of calculating the theoretical plates' number of filler absorption tower using Origing.0 software by steps-diagram method under counter-current absorption operation in this paper. Compared with the steps-diagram method using manual drawing, the steps-diagram method using Origin9.0 software was simpler and more quickly to get the results.
