摘要
在《化工原理》课程学习中,默弗里板效率是蒸馏单元操作中的难点之一,经常会有气、液相默弗里板效率值相等还是不相等的疑问。本文经过细致的剖析和推导,得出结论:理论上气、液相默弗里板效率值应相等但无法求解;实践中进行近似求解时,EMV与EML数值一般情况下都不同。
In the course of chemical engineering principle, Murffee tray efficiency is one of the difficulties in the operation unit of distillation. There is always a question, i.e, gas and liquid phase Murfree tray efficiency values equal or not? In this paper, through detailed analysis and derivation, the conclusion was drawn. In theory, the two values should be equal but the values could not be calculated: in practice, EMV and EML have to be approximately calculated and the values are generally different.
