地方高校化学类实验室规范管理的思考与探索

Thoughts and Exploration on Standardized Management of Chemical Laboratory in Local Colleges and Universities

高校实验室的规范化管理是目前我国高校实验室改革和发展的大趋势,有助于教学科研的顺利开展,实验资源的高效合理运用,学生实践能力和创新能力的培养和提升。本文结合地方院校化学类实验室,从基础实验室、开放实验室、大型仪器管理使用等方面进行分析讨论,提出建立健全实验管理制度、优化资源合理配置、强化实验室队伍建设和建立实验室培训、考核体系等相应改革措施,希望为地方高校化学类实验的规范化管理提供一些有益参考意见。

The standardized management of university laboratories is the main trend of reform and development for university laboratories in our country at present, which is helpful to development of teaching and scientific research, the efficient and rational use of teaching experimental resources and also is helpful for the cultivation and promotion of students＇ practical and innovative abilities. On the base of laboratory of chemistry in the local colleges and universities, problems presented at basic laboratory, development laboratory and the management and the use of the large-scale instrument are analyzed and discussed. The corresponding reform measures such as establisbing and perfecting the experimental management system, optimizing the rational allocation of resources, strengthening the construction of the laboratory team and establishing the laboratory training, examination system are put forward. It is hoped that some useful suggestions can be improved for the standardized management of chemical labs in local colleges and universities.
