摘要
教学能力是教师能力评价的重要指标。学生教学能力培养是教育实习的重要内容。实习指导老师从内容的科学性,过程的条理性和方法的多样性三个方面来评价学生的教学能力。利用备课,试讲和评课阶段培养学生的教学能力,为教育实习过程中学生教学能力培养提供可行的参考方法。
Classroom teaching ability is an important index of teacher's ability evaluation. The cultivation of students' classroom teaching ability is an essential part of educational practice process. The practice instructor evaluates the students' teaching ability from three aspects: the scientific nature of content, the organization of the process and the diversity of methods. The students' teaching ability might be cultivated in the course of preparation, trial and evaluation, which provide a feasible reference for training students' teaching ability in the process of educational practice process.
