摘要 人才培养岗位匹配度是职教的一大难题。近年来,海南省卫生学校在药剂专业的人才培养方面有着较大的突破,尤其注重产教融合,为企业培养了合格的技术技能型人才。 Job matching of talent training is one of the difficulties of vocational education. In recent years, Hainan Provincial Health School has made considerable breakthroughs in talent training of the Programme of Pharmacy with a special locus on the merging of industry and teaching in order to cultivate qualified technology-and-skill-oriented talent for enterprises.
