城市轨道交通车辆制动性能模拟仿真与试验研究

Simulation and experimental study on braking performance of urban rail transit vehicles

摘要 利用Matlab/Simulink软件对城轨车辆的制动系统进行建模,然后对AW2负载情况下的纯空气制动能力进行仿真分析,并借助苏州轨道交通2号线试验平台对AW2负载的纯空气制动能力进行试验研究,将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比分析。结果表明所得到的仿真结果与试验测试结果基本吻合,并且都满足验收标准,说明仿真结果具有较高的可信度。 The braking system of urban rail vehicle is modeled by Matlab/Simulink software, and then the pure air braking capability under AW2 load is simulated and analyzed. With the help of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 2 test platform, the pure air braking capacity of AW2 load is tested and studied. The experiment results are compared with the simulation results. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results, and all of them meet the acceptance criteria, which shows that the simulation results have high credibility.
