新社会运动的发展对西方传统社会主义运动提出了一系列新挑战,同时,它也在实践中不断探索变革资本主义的新道路。其中包括走出传统左派的理念与实践,用新的视角研究垄断资本主义的新变化,在挑战西方传统社会主义运动理念的基础上创新实践道路。在当代西方发达国家社会革命意识逐渐退化的现实中,新社会运动正在成为促进资本主义制度产生变迁,进而走向社会主义的现实推动力量。

The development of new social movement has posed a series of challenges against the Western traditional socialist movement while at the same time continuously exploring new approaches to transforming capitalism in practice.This includes the ideas and practices out of the traditional leftists,which study new changes in monopoly capitalism from a new perspective and innovate ways of practice on the basis of challenging the idea of Western traditional socialist movement.In the reality of gradual degeneration of social revolutionary consciousness in the contemporary Western developed countries,the new social movement is becoming an impetus for the transition of capitalist system to socialism.
