摘要
从煤炭行业供给侧改革角度出发,研究减量生产和定向释放先进产能对于煤炭市场的影响。收集2016年1月至2017年6月环渤海地区23.0 MJ/kg动力煤价格数据,以周为单位,取价格平均数。通过分析煤炭价格变化和供求变化,得出减量生产及定向释放先进产能具有稳定供需平衡、调节煤炭价格和减少煤炭库存积压的作用。
The author studied impact of reducing production and advancing production capacity directional release on economic situation of coal from supply-side reform of coal industry perspective, collected 23.0 MJ/kg power coal price data from January 2016 to June 2017, took one week as an unit and average prices. According to analyzing changes of coal price and supply and de- mand, the result showed that reducing production and advancing production capacity directional release had function of stabilizing supply and demand balance, and regulating coal price and reducing the backlog of coal inventory.
