摘要
提高永磁同步电机的弱磁扩速能力,主要从控制策略和电机本体结构设计两方面着手。本文基于永磁同步电机的弱磁原理,分析了现行控制策略方式进行弱磁的不足之处,并从改进电机本体结构方面,即设计特殊的定、转子结构或者增加相应的磁场调节装置等,综述了七种国内外具备宽弱磁调速的永磁同步电机结构,为永磁同步电机特殊场合弱磁应用提供了思路。
Both control strategy and special motor structure can improve the flux-weakening speed expansion abil- ity of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) .In this paper, the disadvantage of control strategy are analyzed based on the principle of flux-weakening of permanent magnet synchronous motor. And seven kinds of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) structure with wide flux-weakening speed expansion ability at home and abroad are summarized, which have special stator or rotor structure or magnetic field adjusting device, etc., and they provided ideas for the application of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in special situation.
