论人文型师生生态建设——基于教师伤害事件的反思 被引量:2

摘要 教师伤害事件的频频出现,折射出了师生生态之痛:师生关系"和谐"不足、友情不彰,存在对立隐患;人文精神缺乏,班级生态中"戾气"四伏;教学生态"绿色"不足,部分学生感受"不公";家长角色"异化",成为师生生态恶化的推手。渗透人文精神,修复师生生态的路径为:建立新型师生关系,实现师生和谐共生;构建"教""学"共同体,推动师生相互悦纳;构建人文班级,使班级成为师生和谐相处的"天然良港";推动教师、家长等主体的"修炼",使其成为人文型师生生态建设者。 The frequent occurrence of teacher injury incidents reflects the ecological pain of teachers and students, which includes the lack of harmony and friendship between teachers and students, thus the potential danger of conflict; the lack of humanistic spirit, thus the extensive hostility in class ecology; the lack of "greenness" in teaching ecology, thus the "unfairness" felt by some students; and the "deviation" of parental role, thus becoming the promoter for ecological deterioration of teachers and students.The path of infiltrating the humanistic spirit and restoring the ecology of teachers and students is to establish a new type of relationship between teachers and students so as to realize the harmonious coexistence of teachers and students, to construct a community of "teaching" and "learning" to promote the mutual acceptance of teachers and students, to establish a humanistic class to make it a "natural harbor" of harmony, and to promote the training of teachers, parents and other subjects to make them become ecological builders of humanistic teacher-student relationship.
