尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸与低蛋白饮食治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study on the Combination of Compound Alpha Ketoacid and Low Protein Diet in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure in the Early and Middle Stages

目的]观察尿毒清颗粒联合西药治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按住院号抽签法随机分为两组。对照组30例复方α-酮酸,0.1~0.2g/kg·d^(-1),3次/d;优质低蛋白饮食。治疗组30例尿毒清,2包/次,3次/d,温水冲服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血清尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白、血清肌酐、不良反应。治疗1疗程(60d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%;对照组显效10例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血清尿素氮、血清肌酐两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白两组均无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]尿毒清颗粒联合西药治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Niaoduqing granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the early and middle stage. [Methods] 60 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the hospitalization number, using a random parallel control method. In the control group, 30 cases of compound alpha ketoacid, 0.1-0.2g/kg 式d-1, 3 times/d, and high quality and low protein diet were used in the control group. The treatment group of 30 cases of Niaoduqing, 2 packets/times, 3 times/d, with warm water; westernmedicinewiththecontrolgroup. The continuous treatment of 60d was 1 courses. Clinical symptoms, serum urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine clearance, hemoglobin, serum creatinine, and adverse reactions were observed. The 1 course of treatment （60d） was treated and the curative effect was determined. [Results] The treatment group was markedly effective in 20 cases, effective in 9 cases, invalid in 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 7 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 76.67%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the two groups were improved （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, the treatment group improved better than the control group （P 〈0.01）, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate and hemoglobin two groups did not change significantly （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Niaoduqing granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the early and middle stage, the curative effect is satisfactory, there is no serious adverse reaction, it is worth popularizing.
