化痰清眩丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗眩晕(痰湿中阻)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Trial of Huatan Qingxuan Pill combined with Flunarizine in Treatment of Vertigo(Phlegm Resistance)

[目的]观察化痰清眩丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗眩晕(痰湿中阻)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组。对照组44例氟桂利嗪,5~10mg/次,1次/d,睡前服用。治疗组44例化痰清眩丸(生白术、天麻、茯苓、泽泻各15g,石菖蒲、当归、远志、砂仁各10g,清半夏、白芷,羌活各9g,菊花、甘草、干姜各6g,本院制剂制成药丸),6g/丸,1丸/次,3次/d;氟桂利嗪治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、眩晕评分、肩颈痛评分、头痛评分、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈20例,显效21例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%;对照组临床痊愈14例,显效19例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。眩晕评分、肩颈痛评分、头痛评分、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C两组均有明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]化痰清眩丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗眩晕(痰湿中阻),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huatan Qingxuan Pills combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of vertigo （phlegm-dampness resistance）. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 88 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the patient＇s lot number. Control group, flunarizine 44 cases, 5-10 mg/time, 1 time/d, taken before bedtime. The treatment group of 44 cases of phlegm and clearing the pill （atractylodes, gastrodia, poria, alisma 15g, Shichangpu, angelica, polygalaceae, amomum the 10g, pinellia, angelica, notopterygium 9g, chrysanthemum, licorice, Each 6g, the hospital preparation made of pills）, 6 g/pill, 1 pill/time, 3 times/d; flunarizine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, vertigo score, neck pain score, headache score, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） Adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 20 cases were clinically cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.18%. In the control group, 14 cases were clinically cured, 19 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 75.00% Control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of vertigo, neck pain, headache, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Huatan Qingxuan Pills combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of vertigo （phlegm resistance） has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing.
