健脾理气化浊方联合西药治疗酒精性脂肪肝(肝郁脾虚)随机平行对照研究

Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver(Ganyu Pixu) by Jianpi Liqi Huazhuo Fang combined with Western Medicine Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察健脾理气化浊方联合西药治疗酒精性脂肪肝(肝郁脾虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组100例双环醇,25mg/次,3次d;多烯磷脂酰胆碱,2粒/次,3次/d,最大≤6粒/d。治疗组100例健脾理气化浊方(郁金15g,苍术10g,荷梗12g,泽兰15g,醋柴胡6g,赤芍20g,茯苓21g,山楂12g,决明子15g,丹参12g),水煎100m L,2次/d,1剂/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、中医证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(15d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈50例,显效30例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率99.00%;对照组痊愈20例,显效40例,有效26例,无效14例,总有效率86.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。双环醇、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、血血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。中医证候积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾理气化浊方联合西药治疗酒精性脂肪肝(肝郁脾虚),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Liqi Huazhuo Fang combined with western medicine in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver （Ganyu Pixu）. [Methods] 200 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by random parallel control method. The control group of 100 cases of bicyclol, 25 rag/times, 3 times/d; polyene phosphatidyl choline, 2 tablets, 3 times/d, the maximum particle is less than 6/d. The treatment group of 100 cases of Jianpi Liqi Huazhuo Fang（Yujin 15 g, Cangzhu 10g, Jigeng 12g, Zelan 15g, Cuchaihu 6g, Chishao 20g, Fuling 21g, Shanzha 12g, Juemingzi 15g, Danshen 12g）, decoction 100mL, 2 times/d, 1 Ji/d; western medicine with the control group. The continuous treatment of 15d was 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gamma glutamyl transferase, TCM syndrome score, adverse reaction. The 1 course of treatment （15d） was treated and the curative effect was determined. [Results] In the treatment group, 50 cases were cured, 30 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 1 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 99%. In the control group, 20 cases were cured, 40 cases were markedly effective, 26 cases were effective, 14 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Bicyclol and polyene phosphatidylcholine, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gamma glutamyl transferase two group were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. TCM syndrome scores were improved in two groups （P〈0.01）, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] It is good for the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver （Ganyu Pixu） with western medicine, which is worth popularizing.
