针刺激痛点治疗肩周炎随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study on the Treatment of Periarthritis of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Acupuncture and Pain Point

[目的]观察针刺激痛点治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将106例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组。对照组53例常规针刺(肩井、大椎、肩贞、肩髃、肩前、肩髎、天宗、臂臑),留针20min/次,1次/d。治疗组53例针刺激痛点,寻找确认患肢对侧腘窝周围筋结并伴有压痛点,表面皮肤常规消毒,一次性华佗牌毫针(0.35×40mm)针刺,提插捻转,30s强刺激,患者感受到针感患肢肩关节最大范围运动,3次/周。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛、肩部活动、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,随访6个月,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,显效14例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率96.20%;对照组痊愈26例,显效12例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率83.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。疼痛程度、肩部活动程度改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺激痛点治疗肩周炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] Observation acupuncture point pain treatment of frozen shoulder effect. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 106 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the patient＇s lot number. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, pain, shoulder activity, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, followed up for 6 months to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 30 cases, 14 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.20%; control group, 26 cases cured, effective in 12 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 83.00%; treatment group The curative effect is better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. The degree of pain and the degree of shoulder activity improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Acupuncture point pain treatment of frozen shoulder, the effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
