泰安市某银行职工健康体检血脂水平调查分析

Investigation and analysis of blood lipid level in the health check-up of a bank employee in Tai'an

目的调查分析泰安地区某银行职工健康体检血脂水平。方法选取2016-2017年在中国人民解放军第88医院健康体检中心查体的某银行职工健康体检血脂检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2016年血脂异常检出率为47.72%,其中男性检出率为54.62%,高于女性的38.46%;2017年血脂异常检测率为45.68%,男性检出率为52.48%,高于女性的37.32%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2016年总检出率与2017年相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2016、2017年各年龄段血脂异常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2016-2017年泰安地区血脂异常检出率处于较高水平,且无下降趋势,应加强对血脂异常重视程度,定期体检。

Objective To investigate and analyze the blood lipid level of a health check-up of a bank employee in Tai＇an. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the blood lipid test results of a certain bank employee who was checked at the Medical Examination Center of No. 88 Hospital of PLA in 2016-2017. Results The abnormal detection rate of blood lipids was 47.72% in 2016, the male detection rate was54.62%, which was higher than female with 38.46; The abnormal detection rate of blood lipids was 45.68%in 2017, the male detection rate was 52.48%, which was higher than female with 37.32%; The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total detection rate in 2016 was not statistically significant compared with that in 2017（P〉0.05）. The detection rates of abnormal blood lipid in all ages in 2016 or 2017 were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal detection rate of blood lipids in Tai＇an was at a high level in 2016-2017, and there was no downward trend. The degree of attention to abnormal blood lipid should be strengthened and regular physical examination should be carried out.
