临床护理路径在胶囊内镜检查中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in capsule endoscopy

目的研究临床护理路径在胶囊内镜检查中实施干预的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月-2017年6月在南方医科大学附属新会人民医院消化内科进行胶囊内镜检查的患者90例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组与观察组分别实施传统宣教方式护理干预与临床护理路径干预,对两组患者的病变检查结果进行对比。结果对照组中,显效20例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率为86.67%;观察组中显效25例,有效20例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在胶囊内镜检查中具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in capsule endoscopy.Methods From July 2016 to June 2017, 90 patients with capsule endoscopy in Gastroenterology Department of Xinhui People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were implemented separately traditional nursing intervention and clinical nursing pathway. The results of pathological examination were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67%. In the observation group, 25 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective, 0 was were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100.00%, compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway has remarkable clinical effect in capsule endoscopy.
