摘要
运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了模拟酸雨溶液腐蚀后圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱有限元模型,为模拟钢管锈蚀损伤,在钢材和混凝土的本构关系模型中考虑了锈蚀对钢材的弹性模量和屈服强度的影响,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模型的有效性。运用该有限元模型,通过典型算例对锈蚀圆钢管混凝土短柱进行了轴压全过程分析,比较了不同锈蚀率下圆钢管混凝土短柱荷载-轴向位移关系曲线、外钢管承担的荷载-轴向位移关系曲线、核心混凝土承担的荷载-轴向位移关系曲线以及外钢管与核心混凝土之间的相互作用力-位移关系曲线的变化规律。最后对锈蚀圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱进行了参数分析,讨论了含钢率、钢材屈服强度、混凝土强度和锈蚀率等参数对圆钢管混凝土短柱极限承载力的影响,并由此导出了酸雨腐蚀后圆钢管混凝土短柱极限承载力简化计算公式。
This paper presents a finite element(FE)model for calculating the bearing capacity of corroded circular concrete filled steel tubular short column by simulating acid rain solution.To simulate the corrosion of outer steel tube,the effect of corrosion on the elastic modulus and yield strength of steel are included in the constitutive equations of steel and concrete.The FE model is verified using the test results.Then the FE model is used to perform full-range analysis of corroded circular CFST column.The load-axial deformation behavior of circular CFST columns,the outer steel tube and the core concrete under different corrosion levels are analyzed.The confining stress-deformation process under different corrosion levels is also discussed.Based on the parametric analysis,the impact of parameters such as the ratio of sectional steel to concrete,steel yield strength,concrete strength and corrosion level on the mechanical performance of corroded CFST columns are evaluated.A simplified model for the corroded circular CFST columns by simulating acid rain is recommended.
