摘要
钢结构建筑的自重轻、材料回收利用率高等一系列优势,使其成为当今绿色建筑的最佳选择之一。但人们认为其前期成本较高,性价比低,导致了钢结构住宅认可度较低,所以有必要对绿色钢结构住宅增量成本和效益进行分析。首先阐述了绿色建筑增量成本的概念,并由概念得出了绿色钢结构建筑增量成本的计算方法;其次基于全寿命周期的角度对绿色钢结构住宅的增量成本和增量效益进行具体分析,构建了增量成本效益模型;最后以某二星级绿色钢结构住宅为例,得出了此项目的增量效益费用比为1.35。表明从长远来看钢结构住宅性价比高,一方面有助于绿色钢结构住宅的推广;另一方面可为今后项目进行成本控制提供参考。
Steel structure has many advantages and it is the best choice for green buildings.However,considering its higher initial cost,the steel structure for residential buildings is rarely accepted.It is necessary to analyze incremental costs.This paper firstly describes the concept of incremental cost of green buildings and introduces the computational methods.Then an analysis is conducted on the incremental cost and incremental benefits of steel structure residential buildings.This builds an incremental cost benefit model from the perspective of the whole life cycle.Finally,a two-star green residential steel structure is analyzed as an example.The results show the incremental benefits to cost ratio for this project is 1.35.It shows the steel structure is cost efficient.This paper can provide a reference for the cost control in future projects,and it is helpful for the wide application of green steel structures.
