摘要
根据兰营徐采场挂帮矿赋存条件、矿山开采现状、生产成本及精矿市场价格等,采用价格法和储量盈利比较法建立不同的经济性计算模型,计算分析兰营徐采场挂帮矿露天开采和地下开采回收的界限、具有回收价值的矿石品级以及实施露天转地下开采工程具有经济效益的市场价格。结果表明,兰营徐采场挂帮矿在铁精矿340元/t、钛精矿680元/t市场价格下,露天扩帮开采的经济合理剥采比为6.81 t/t;采用露天扩帮方式单独回采Fe3品级矿石,经济合理剥采比应小于3.07 t/t,采用地下开采方式,不论是单独回采还是随较高品位矿石(Fe1+Fe2)附采都不具有经济效益;若实施露天转地下开采,铁精矿、钛精矿市场价格应维持在360元/t和800元/t左右水平。结果为公司下一步实现经济、高效利用挂帮矿资源的决策部署提供支撑。
According to the occurrence condition of hanging wall ore, mining status, production cost of Lanyingxu mining area and concentrate market prices, the different economical computational models are established by adopting price method and reserve profitability comparative method, so as to analyze the boundary of open-pit mining and underground mining of the hanging wall ore of Lanyingxu mining area, the ore grade with recycling value and the market price with optimal economical benefits by carrying out open-pit to underground mining engineering. The study results show that, the economic reasonable tripping ratio is 6.81 t/t under influence of the market price of 340 yuan/t ( iron concentrate) and 680 yuan/t ( titanium concentrate) ;if the Fe3 ore can be mined separately by using open-pit hanging wall method, the economic reasonable stripping ratio should be lower than 3.07 t/t ; if the underground mining method is adopted, the economical benefits cannot be significant either mining separately or mining with high grade( Fe1 + Fe2 ) ores;if the open-pit to underground mining method is adopted ,the market price of iron concentrate and titanium concentrate should be maintained to about 360 yuan/t and 800 yuan/t. The a- bove study results can provide some reliable support for further making full of the hanging wall ore of the mine with high efficient and ideal economic benefit.
