郭家河煤矿CO_2深孔预裂爆破钻孔间距优选

Determination of the Borehole Spacing of CO_2 Deep Hole Pre-splitting Blasting of Guojiahe Coal Mine

摘要 二氧化碳致裂器致裂煤层增透技术是一种基于液态二氧化碳经气化膨胀做功的新型卸压增透技术,合理的爆破钻孔间距能够显著降低爆破成本。以郭家河煤矿1302工作面为例,采用现场试验方法,开展了不同钻孔间距(2.5,3,3.5,4 m)的试样研究。研究表明:钻孔间距越小爆破后瓦斯抽采纯量及浓度越高,当钻孔间距减小至3 m时,钻孔间距进一步减小,对瓦斯抽采效果影响较小,依据试验结果将该工作面爆破钻孔间距确定为3 m。 Carbon dioxide splitter for coal seam permeability fracturing technique is a kind of liquid carbon dioxide gas based on expanding new relieving stress and improving permeability technology, rea- sonable blasting hole spacing is help for reducing the cost of blasting. Taking 1302 working face in Guojia- he Coal Mine as the study example, in order to determine the reasonable borehole spacing of the pre-split- ring blasting of the working face, the field test is adopted, the test of the sample with different hole spacing of 2.5,3,3.5,5 m is carried out. The study results show that the smaller of the borehole spacing the high- er pure extraction amount and concentration of gas, when the borehole spacing is reduced to 3 m, the in- fluence of reducing the borehole spacing to gas extraction effects is not significant. Therefore, based on the above discussion results,the reasonable borehole spacing is 3 m.
