浅析全面推广使用乙醇汽油对我国炼厂的影响

Analysis of the Influence on Refinery by Promoting Ethanol Gasoline in China

针对2017年9月国家发展改革委、国家能源局等十五部门联合印发《关于扩大生物燃料乙醇生产和推广使用车用乙醇汽油的实施方案》,结合我国车用汽油质量标准,对全面推广使用乙醇汽油给我国汽油市场、炼厂、相关集团企业等的影响,进行了深入的分析,并提出发展建议。

In September 2017, fifteen ministries, including the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, jointly issued ＂the implementation plan of expanding the production of bio-ethanol and extending the use of ethanol gasoline＂ . For this official document, combined with the quality standard of vehicle gasoline in China, this paper ana- lyzed the influence of using ethanol gasoline nationwide on the gasoline market, refineries and related petrochemical in depth, and put forward some suggestions.
