摘要
目的挥发性麻醉药可引起缺血再灌注损伤,且与氧化应激及炎症的发生相关,部分可能会加重氧化应激,部分表现出抗氧化作用。本实验为评估大鼠暴露于不同浓度的七氟烷中,肝、脑、肾、肺组织氧化应激程度。方法将实验动物分为3组:对照组(只接受空气)、高浓度七氟烷(7%)和低浓度七氟烷(2%)。经过4 h的暴露,评估大鼠相应组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)的指标。结果暴露于不同浓度的七氟烷中大鼠肺组织MDA水平均较对照组明显增加,而不同浓度的七氟烷在其他组织氧化应激中和抗氧化活性表现均不同。结论高低浓度的七氟烷在体内实验中均具有抗氧化及抑制氧化应激的作用,但肺部的氧化损伤最重。
Objective To assess the oxidative stress in the liver, brain, kidney, and lung of rats exposed to dif- ferent concentrations of seven halothane. Methods The experimental animals were divided into three groups: control group (only receiving air) ; high concentration of seven halothane (7%), and low concentration of halothane (2%) (sev- en ). After four hours of exposure, the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione per- oxidase (GSH-Px), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in the corresponding tissues of the rats were evaluated. Results The levels of MDA in the lung tissue of rats exposed to different concentrations of halothane were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the seven concentrations of seven halothane showed different oxidative stress and antioxi- dant activities in other tissues. Conclusion High and low concentration of seven halothane has antioxidant and inhibito- ry effects on oxidative stress in vivo, but the oxidative damage in lung is the most serious.
