王阳明南赣乡村管理实践与当代价值思考

Wang Yangming's Rural Governance in South Jiangxi Province and Its Contemporary Value

明朝中期,南赣社会动荡加剧。为保持地方稳定,王阳明对基层乡村管理进行了系列实践,如通过"十家牌法"完善乡里社会管理体制,订立《南赣乡约》规范社会秩序,实施惠民政策践履民本善治,这些措施在当时取得了显著成效。王阳明乡村管理思想与实践对当代中国基层社会治理具有现实意义,基层政府要突出党的领导在社会治理中的作用;建立健全基层监督管理机制,并发挥道德教化作用,提高乡民文化素质。

In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, social unrest became intensified in southern Jiangxi . To maintain local stability, Wang Yangming conducted a series of rural grass-roots management exploration. They were ： having perfected the system ofvillage society with ＂Ten-family Board＂ management; having concluded township treaties to regulate the social order; having implemented the people-oriented policy to realize good social governance. The practices yielded conspicuous effects and had realistic significance in social governance of the grassroot organizations of theParty. It suggests that the grass - roots government should highlight the role of the Party＇ s leadership in social governance ; the basie supervision and management mechanism at the grass - roots level should be established and improved and the role of moral education should be fully played to improve the people＇s cultural quality and to innovate the social governance system of China ＇ s grass-roots.
