产业升级背景下南康家具产业人才支撑策略研究

A Study on the Talent Support Strategy of Nankang Furniture Industry under the Background of Industrial Upgrading

南康家具产业历经20多年发展历程,已发展成为"中国中部家具产业基地",创造了一个产业发展奇迹。但在升级发展过程中,南康家具面临着专业人才短缺、人员整体层次偏低的困境,严重影响了产业发展。通过调查研究,以政策文件为指导,结合南康家具产业的实际情况,打造产业人才队伍、优化人才发展环境、建立人才共享机制等方面提出了南康家具产业人才支撑的建议。

Nankang furniture industry has been developing for more than 30 years and has developed into ＂furniture industry base in middle China＂ , which has created a miracle of industrial development. However, in the process of upgrading, Nankang furniture in- dustry faces the shortage and poor quality of professional talents, which seriously affects the development of the industry. Through investigation, guided by the policies and in combination with the actual situation of Nankang furniture industry, this paper puts forward some talent support suggestions and strategies such as building industry talents team, defining the talents development goals, optimizing the talent development environment and building up talent sharing mechanism.
