大学生积极心理资本与手机依赖的关系

The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital and Mobile Dependence of College Students

为探讨大学生积极心理资本对手机依赖的影响,选取950名大学生实施问卷调查。结果发现,大学生积极心理资本及其各维度均为中等发展水平,且存在性别、专业、年级上的显著差异;大学生手机依赖在性别、专业、年级上存在显著差异;大学生积极心理资本与手机依赖存在显著负相关;自我效能感与希望负向预测手机依赖,且自我效能感在希望与手机依赖之间存在着部分中介效应。

This research investigated the effect of college students/ positive psychological capital on mobile phone dependence by testing 950 college students with three questionnaires. The result indicated that the scores of positive psychological capital and all dimensions of college students were of medium development level, and college students/positive psychological capital were significantly different in gender, major and grade. College students＇s mobile phone dependence were significantly different in gender, major and grade. College students＇ positive psychological capital was significantly and negatively correlated with mobile phone dependence. Self- efficacy and hope had significant negatively predictive effect on mobile phone dependence, and self-efficacy had a mediating effect between hope and mobile phone dependence.
