摘要
介绍了湿电除尘器的基本原理、组成、结构分类、布置形式和工艺特点,应用效果表明,湿电除尘器可将烟气粉尘颗粒物排放浓度控制在10 mg/m3以内,对烟气中颗粒汞、氧化汞的脱除效率可达到60%以上,应用湿电除尘器需注意清灰冲洗液污水处理、收尘极水膜分布和设备内金属材料防腐等问题。
The basic principle, composition, classification, arrangement form and technology characteristics of Wet Electro Static Precipitator(WESP) were introduced. The application of WESP shows that WESP keeps the particle emission concentration within 10 mg/m3, and the removal efficiency of particulate mercury and Hg O higher than 60 % in flue gas. Attention should be paid to the treatment of ash-flushing fluid, the arrangement of water membrane on collecting electrodes and the anticorrosion of metal materials inside the equipment while applying WESP.
