On Social Major Contradiction in the New Era from the Perspective of Modern Governance

对社会主要矛盾的判断是建设和发展中国特色社会主义不容回避的问题,主要矛盾决定了所要完成的根本任务。党的十九大所阐明的新时代,抓住了新时代中国基本国情的主要特征,呈现了新时代建设中国特色社会主义的主要任务,契合了国家治理现代化与社会治理现代化的目标,厘清了新时代中国特色社会主义发展的一系列重大问题,是我们党未来理论创新和实践创新的一个主要依据,是科学社会主义理论的重大发展。

To judge the social major contradiction is an unavoidable issue for the initiative and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as the major contradiction is the decisive factor for the fundamental tasks to be completed. The 19^th National Congress of the CPC illustrates both the transformation and the gist of major contradiction in the new era of China,which has grasped the main characteristics of basically Chinese national conditions,presented the principal tasks of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,conformed to the goals of modernization of state and social governance,and clarified a series of important issues concerned with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristic,all of which are the major reference for the whole Party to confirm the innovation of future theories and practices,making an important contribution to the development of scientific socialism theory.
