摘要
结合某多层框架结构办公楼加层工程实际,通过对原结构进行计算分析,加层后原结构最大弹性层间位移角不满足规范要求,部分框架柱、部分框架梁配筋不足,底层柱部分轴压比超限。本文结合该多层框架结构办公楼加层加固工程实例,阐述后续使用50年的框架结构加固思路和设计方法,可供同类工程参考。
Combined with the engineering practice of a multilayer frame structure office building,and through the calculation of the original structure,the displacement angle of the maximum elastic layer of the original structure is not satisfied with the specification requirements,and some of the frame columns and the partial framed girders are under-reinforced,and the bottom column section of the axial compression ratio is overrun. In this paper,based on the framework of the multistory frame structure of the engineering examples,reinforcement method and design method of the following 50 years of the frame structure are presented,which can be reference for similar engineering.
