摘要 江西干部学院附属楼是典型的木楼盖砌体结构山地建筑,底层含局部架空转换层,且砌体砂浆强度明显偏低。针对山地建筑头重脚轻的特点,先对第二层毛石砌体基础进行加强,然后在抗震鉴定时考虑第二层毛石砌体基础对底层结构刚度的贡献,该鉴定方法更符合实际情况,且能明显降低鉴定改造的加固成本。针对老旧砌体结构木楼盖改造为混凝土楼盖的难点,给出了相应的设计、施工方法,该方法能避免后浇混凝土楼盖时对原砌体墙的损伤,且实践证明该加固方法安全可靠、施工可行,为类似木楼板山地建筑抗震鉴定及加固改造提供参考。 The affiliated building of Jiangxi Executive Leadership Academy is a typical mountain masonry structure building with frame transfer in the first floor,and the floor is wooden and the strength of masonry mortar is low. Owing to the longitudinal stiffness of the first floor is weak,the foundation of second floor is strengthen and considered as a par of first floor in calculating the stiffness of first floor in seismic identification. This identification method conforms to the actual situation well,and can significantly reduce the cost of structure identification and reconstruction. In view of the difficulty of converting the wooden floor into concrete floor in old masonry structure,the corresponding design and construction methods are given. The method can reduce the damage of masonry structure in converting the wooden floor into concrete floor,and it has a good safety and constructability,which can provide useful information for design and reconstruction of masonry structures with wooden floor.
