摘要
项目施工管理活动包含诸多因素,作为工程施工项目管理活动的组成部分,无外乎人、机、料、法、环这5个关键环节和项目现场管理、技术管理及安全管理活动等诸方面,一个工程项目施工管理的成与败,先进与落后,盈利与亏损,都会从上述几项管理活动的具体实施中得到真切的体现。因此作为实现项目管理利润最大化之管理活动的重要手段,必须促使上述各环节达到更加完善的结合,方可达到预想的效果,否则,实现项目管理利润最大化将会成为一纸空谈。
The project construction management activities include many factors. As an integral part of construction project manage- ment activities, there are five key links, including person, machine, material, method and environment, and project management, tech-nology management, safety management activities and other as- pects. Success or failure, advanced and backward, profits and losses of a project's construction management will be embodied in the implementation of the above management activities. Therefore, as an important means to achieve maximum profit management activi- ties in project management, we must promote the above links to achieve a more perfect combination so as to achieve the desired ef- fect. Otherwise, the realization of the maximum profit of project management will be an empty talk.
