除尘管道内微细铝粉沉积的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨水平直除尘管道内,管道风速及管道直径对微细铝粉尘沉积特性的影响,本文采用欧拉—拉格朗日模型,对抛光打磨车间的微细铝粉尘在管道内的运动沉积进行了数值模拟,得到了不同管道风速和管道直径下铝粉粉尘沉积情况。 In order to investigate the influence of duct velocity and pipe diameter on the deposition characteristics of fine aluminum dust in a horizontal straight dust pipe,tin this paper, the Euler-Lagrange model was used to simulate the deposition of fine aluminum dust in the pipeline in the polishing workshop, and the deposition of aluminum dust under different pipe velocities and pipe diameters was obtained.
