摘要
直读光谱仪光学系统的光学性质会随着周围环境的改变而发生微小的变化,检测数据出现不同程度的波动。本文结合质量管理中的控制图统计方法,利用在相对恒温、恒湿的环境条件下直读光谱仪检测的记录,绘制成实验室的内部质量控制图,并用判异准则来判断直读光谱仪是否处于稳定的状态。
The optical properties of the optical system of a direct-reading spectrometer will change slightly with the change of the surrounding environment, and the test data will fluctuate in varying degrees. In this paper, combining the statistical method of control chart in quality management, drawing the quality control charts of the laboratory by using the direct-reading spectrometer test data in the relatively constant temperature and humidity, and judge whether the direct-reading spectrometer is in a stable state by using a discrimination criterion.
